The secretariat office establishes the institutional research and development center, public relations and council management evaluation sections, consisting of 12 members at present. Under the direction of the secretary general, the secretariat office is responsible for any business relevant to the secretariat office, supports teaching and administrative affairs at NKUHT, aims at building a harmonious and smooth working environment throughout the entire university and strives for effective administration through sound communication and collaboration among each department.
